Our company number is SC629354 and our registered office is 1a Rose Street, Thurso, Caithness, KW14 7HH. By using any part of 8doorsdistillery.com (the “Website”, “Site”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) and our Privacy & Cookies Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
1.2 We may revise or update these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy & Cookies Policy at any time and without notice by posting these changes on the Website. It is your responsibility to re-read these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy & Cookies Policy on a regular basis to ensure you are aware of any changes made by us. Your continued use of our Website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these Terms as updated. NCD 1 Limited offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

4.1 We reserve the right to change the website or these Terms and Conditions at any time. 12.2 If any of the provisions of these Terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by any court or other authority, that / those provision(s) shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms which shall be valid and enforceable.
